event1013 is a dynamic venue that hosts all kinds of events, so our pricing reflects that dynamic nature.

Your event pricing at event1013 is determined by two key factors:

  1. The base rental rate for your chosen day of the week.
  2. Any rental items or additional staffing you choose, to make your event great!

Venue Rental Packages

Monday – Thursday:
Starting at $1,000 for a 4-hour event
$250 per hour with a 4 hour minimum

Friday & Sunday:
Starting at $2,000 for a 5-hour event
$400 per hour with a 5 hour minimum

Saturday:
Starting at $3,000 for a 5-hour event
$600 per hour with a 5 hour minimum

Our venue rentals include so much, that many consider our offerings “all-inclusive”. Check out what comes with your standard rental below!

We are committed to helping you design the event you truly want. We are open to working with those vendors you prefer and love and will not charge you extra fees.

Black chairs, tables of various shapes and sizes, and versatile wooden furniture are available for up to 200 guests. Additional furniture can be rented or brought in for even more flexibility!

Colored LED walls, dynamic dimmable track lights, and more give you the ultimate flexibility!

We’ve got speakers throughout the venue, in several zones, to give you flexibility, and plenty of options, when it comes to music!

Two 20′ x 10′ video walls with ceiling-mounted projectors to show your videos, slideshows, logos, and more!

Our Venue Manager will work with you as you plan your event, including several consultations, to ensure everything is perfect for your big day. Plus you’ll have a member of our team on-site all event day to make sure thinks go off without a hitch.

Tap into our guest network for content on our projection walls, speakers, or whatever else you need!
