event1013 is the perfect blank-slate venue that you really can make your own!

Located in the heart of Downtown Plano, we consider ourselves the perfect mix of urban chic, with classic charm, and hi-tech amenities and inclusions.

event1013 specializes in hosting all kinds of special days. Whether it’s a wedding, a shower, a big celebration, or a corporate event looking for an extraordinary setting, we can make your vision a reality.

We’ve got two large rooms, as well as a commercial prep kitchen, that are all included with every rental!

Our 2,000+ sq ft Main Gallery is the heart of event1013, and our 750+ sq ft Raw Garden is the perfect versatile space to round out whatever you need to call event1013 home.

We do not have a private bridal suite on-site.

However, if you are hosting both your wedding and your reception at event1013, we have a relationship with an area luxury hotel to give you two nights in their bridal suite… absolutely free…along with helping you make arrangements for a guest shuttle to and from the hotel!

Yes! Our commercial prep-kitchen is perfect for the caterer of your choice to make sure your food is as delicious and fresh as possible!

Yes! We have arrangements made with several nearby hotels to not only provide discount room blocks for your guests, but we can also help arrange a complimentary shuttle to and from the hotel to the venue!

And if you’re hosting a ceremony AND a reception with us, we’ll pay for two nights in the bridal suite at our host hotel!

We are located in Downtown Plano, which means we are located steps away from hundreds of parking spots to make it easy for you and your guests to join the party!

We provide you with a parking map to share with your attendees so that everyone is comfortable parking just steps away from the big event.

Our facility is handicap accessible from the front door to the back door, and everywhere in between.

People love our restrooms…seriously! From the spa music to the cotton hand towels, your guests will appreciate their time with us, even their time in the bathroom!

Plan Your Event

Event hosts are allowed to provide their own alcohol for all private (invite-only) events.

Drinks must be served by TABC certified bartenders, and a security officer is required to be on-site whenever alcohol is being served,

Lucky for you, you’re allowed to work with any caterer that you want…we don’t require you to work with any caterer, or any vendors for that matter!

That being said, we’ve worked with some amazing caterers over the past decade, so if you’re looking for recommendations, we’d love to make them!

We don’t! We think event hosts should have their choice of caterers and vendors, so we let you bring in whoever you’d like!

Now if you are looking for recommendations, we’d be happy to make them!

Yes! You can have the party -AND- get married at event1013!

People love to host ceremonies in our Raw Garden, and then immediately start the party just steps away in our Main Gallery!

Linens can be rented through us or you may bring your own. Linens rented by us will be put on and cleaned up by our staff. One less thing for you to worry about on the big day!

We’ve got everything you need to make your event complete. From glassware to plates, silverware, and more. If there’s something you need, just ask!

Yes! You can bring your own decorations.
