We offer the following services to help you plan and prepare for your event:
Each event is unique and your personal expression; whether it is for you as an individual or a group such as a business or club. All of the design choices will impact the look, vibe, experience and memories of your event. To help you design your event, you will receive an Event Plan to complete, and up to two 60 minute personal consultations with a member of the event1013 team.
We have many resources to share if you need referrals. Or, bring in your own favorite professional, licensed caterer, florist and musician. Our goal is to give you the event experience you have dreamed of. We love celebrations and parties and we love to see you have a good time in our space!
You and your caterer will arrive to a clean space, ready to set up. You will reconfirm your table, chair, vintage furniture, lighting, sound and video needs 30 days before your event.
An experienced event1013 staff member will be on hand for the duration of your event to ensure that the building functions properly from beginning to end. He/she will be familiar with the specifics of your event and will be available to assist you should any special or unexpected needs arise.
event1013 was designed with the budget-driven client or Do-It-Yourself client in mind. However, for those clients who prefer to hire additional assistance, we offer these services:
- Event Set-up
- High-Reach Assistant
- Decor Set-Up and/or Takedown
- Day-Of Event Coordinator
- Wait Staff, Servers
As a convenience to our clients, event1013 has select rental items available including linens, glassware, dinnerware, flatware, and vases. These items are offered to save our clients time, and given them one less thing to worry about on their big day. When items are rented through event1013, many of them will also be set up before client arrival and taken down/removed at no charge. Other rental items that require more time-consuming setup can be done by event1013 for an additional charge, or by clients. Our rental items list is continually updated, so please let us know your specific needs.
The venue is offered as studio space to professional photographers at an hourly rate with a minimum of 2 hours, based on availability. For film location availability, please call 972.890.7970.
