Our unique Downtown Plano location is the perfect “blank slate” canvas event venue and meeting venue for whatever your event looks like.

Whether you’re planning a conference, business meeting, presentation, book launch, or anything else, we have the flexibility to suit your needs. Our Main Gallery is large enough for up to 200 in theater seating, as well as classroom seating, round tables, stage presentations, and more. Our Raw Garden is home to smaller presentations, breakouts, and food service.

Main Gallery

This is the most recognizable event space in all of Plano, having played host to nearly a thousand weddings, parties, corporate events, and more over the past decade-plus!

Featuring over 2,000 sq ft of wide open event space, this gallery is truly a canvas waiting for your vision.

The over 100-year-old storefront features history with its original brick walls and hardwood floors, while bringing in modern conveniences like our fully customizable LED downlights, state-of-the-art sound system, large projection wall, and a whole lot more.

PLUS, we’re a certified green, sustainable venue, and are recognized by the State of Texas as a historical landmark.

Raw Garden

This “back room” is the hidden gem of event1013. At just over 750 sq ft, it features two living walls, a giant projection screen for your photos or videos, plus our breathtaking LED-backed grid wall.

This room is included with every rental. It is most often used for smaller breakouts and meetings, as a green room, dressing room, or prep space. It also is the perfect place for food service, such as buffets or other food displays, as it’s just steps away from the Main Gallery, and has direct access to both the kitchen and the back door.

We are committed to helping you design the event you truly want. We are open to working with those vendors you prefer and love and will not charge you extra fees.

Black chairs, tables of various shapes and sizes, and versatile wooden furniture are available for up to 200 guests. Additional furniture can be rented or brought in for even more flexibility!

Colored LED walls, dynamic dimmable track lights, and more give you the ultimate flexibility!

We’ve got speakers throughout the venue, in several zones, to give you flexibility, and plenty of options, when it comes to music!

Two 20′ x 10′ video walls with ceiling-mounted projectors to show your videos, slideshows, logos, and more!

Our Venue Manager will work with you as you plan your event, including several consultations, to ensure everything is perfect for your big day. Plus you’ll have a member of our team on-site all event day to make sure thinks go off without a hitch.

event1013 specializes in hosting all kinds of special days. Whether it’s a wedding, a shower, a big celebration, or a corporate event looking for an extraordinary setting, we can make your vision a reality.

We’ve got two large rooms, as well as a commercial prep kitchen, that are all included with every rental!

Our 2,000+ sq ft Main Gallery is the heart of event1013, and our 750+ sq ft Raw Garden is the perfect versatile space to round out whatever you need to call event1013 home.

We do not have a private bridal suite on-site.

However, if you are hosting both your wedding and your reception at event1013, we have a relationship with an area luxury hotel to give you two nights in their bridal suite… absolutely free…along with helping you make arrangements for a guest shuttle to and from the hotel!

Yes! Our commercial prep-kitchen is perfect for the caterer of your choice to make sure your food is as delicious and fresh as possible!

Yes! We have arrangements made with several nearby hotels to not only provide discount room blocks for your guests, but we can also help arrange a complimentary shuttle to and from the hotel to the venue!

And if you’re hosting a ceremony AND a reception with us, we’ll pay for two nights in the bridal suite at our host hotel!

We are located in Downtown Plano, which means we are located steps away from hundreds of parking spots to make it easy for you and your guests to join the party!

We provide you with a parking map to share with your attendees so that everyone is comfortable parking just steps away from the big event.

Our facility is handicap accessible from the front door to the back door, and everywhere in between.

People love our restrooms…seriously! From the spa music to the cotton hand towels, your guests will appreciate their time with us, even their time in the bathroom!

EVENT FAQs

Event hosts are allowed to provide their own alcohol for all private (invite-only) events.

Drinks must be served by TABC certified bartenders, and a security officer is required to be on-site whenever alcohol is being served,

Lucky for you, you’re allowed to work with any caterer that you want…we don’t require you to work with any caterer, or any vendors for that matter!

That being said, we’ve worked with some amazing caterers over the past decade, so if you’re looking for recommendations, we’d love to make them!

We don’t! We think event hosts should have their choice of caterers and vendors, so we let you bring in whoever you’d like!

Now if you are looking for recommendations, we’d be happy to make them!

Yes! You can have the party -AND- get married at event1013!

People love to host ceremonies in our Raw Garden, and then immediately start the party just steps away in our Main Gallery!

Linens can be rented through us or you may bring your own. Linens rented by us will be put on and cleaned up by our staff. One less thing for you to worry about on the big day!

We’ve got everything you need to make your event complete. From glassware to plates, silverware, and more. If there’s something you need, just ask!

Yes! You can bring your own decorations.
We have arrangements made with several nearby hotels to not only provide discount room blocks for your guests, but we can also help arrange a complimentary shuttle to and from the hotel to the venue!
